I haven't decided if tulle skirts are classic or trendy pieces. Maybe it's in how you style them. While you won't find me in this every day, this look feels like classic ballerina. I could twirl around forever in this outfit. This summer I have been into strappy tops with skirts or denim. The satin sheen is the perfect mix of sleek and girly. Originally, I had wanted the top and skirt to blend seamlessly together, but the skirt being slightly darker and more purple creates a lovely contrast. I wasn't fond of the waistband of the skirt, so I just rolled it under! Amazon offers this skirt is so many colors - I think I'll have to find one for winter too! Just imagine it with a sweater. I also can't wait to wear this skirt with a faux leather jacket.
The top runs fairly true to size, if not slightly small. I ordered a Medium. The skirt runs true to size. I ordered a Small.
