Empties: Products I've Used Lately

One day, several months ago, I decided to keep my empties to share with you at some unknown time. I only knew I wanted to collect a few empty bottles of, hopefully, differing uses to share. I am most certainly not a beauty blogger or influencer and I use a lot of drugstore options (hello, budget!). Maybe this is a bit of a de-influencing happening. If you have the income and want to spend it on $300 pots of cream, be my guest. I can tell you right now, though, you really don't need to. I've played around with a lot of different cleansers, moisturizers, shampoos, etc. and the ones I'm about to share with you are my forever go-tos.

A few things about my skin and hair:

- I have dry and sensitive skin that is not prone to breakouts
- I have dry and frizzy hair
- I have really great genetics

Face Products:
- Supergoop Glow Screen: my absolute favorite SPF to wear every day. It is slightly tinted and creates a glowy finish. I use this instead of any type of foundation.
- Olay Vitamin C Hydrating Moisturizer: as you can see, I can absolutely demolish a pot of this. I have very dry skin and even in the summer, I need a lot of moisturizing. This is perfect for the day as it does not go on heavy.
- Olay Brightening Eye Cream: honestly, I think this is the regular moisturizer in a smaller pot. But alas, here we are.
- Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream: I use this to moisturize at night. It's not necessarily a night cream, but it is a lot thicker.
- Kate Blanc Cosmetics Rosehip Seed Oil: not always, but usually, I will use five drops of this on my face at night. Sometimes I'll gua sha, sometimes I just need the extra moisture. Summer can be hit or miss for this.
- Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water: I prefer a micellar water to wipes. I find it really takes off the product. This is definitely not something that needs to be expensive.

Body Products:
- Aveeno Lotion: I mostly use this for travel because of the tube. A lot of lotion, but easy to fit in the suitcase. It goes on a little greasy, but it is very moisturizing.
- Bikini Zone Anti-bump Shave Gel: this was something I happened upon and was randomly given. It's actually really great for the bikini area and leaves skin pretty smooth after shaving.
- EOS Shea hand cream: I'm currently going through all my tiny hand lotions are trying to use them all up. The smell was nice, but it was middling.
- Bath & Bodyworks body cream: sweat pea is a nostalgic scent, but this was rather oily and I did not like it.

Hair Products:
- Prose Shampoo: I have been using Prose for a few years now and it has been so good for my hair! It takes absolute ages for me to get through a bottle of both the shampoo and conditioner. I actually still have the conditioner from this use tucked away (I started a new scent).
- Prose Pre-Shampoo Mask: I had stopped using this for awhile, but after noticing my hair drying out a bit more quickly this summer, I've started using it one to two times a week. Leaves my hair so smooth and soft.
- Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate: I use this as my heat protectant. It's more of a cream than a spray and I feel like it really coats my hair to protect it. Also helps my hair feel more soft.

Other:
- Marc Jacobs Perfect: I am trying to wear my perfume a lot more and I finally have an empty! Which is bittersweet, really. This was a fun scent, but not necessary to replace.
