What I Wore 9.30.24

The beginning of my Halloween looks for the season! I have been not so patiently waiting to pull these pieces out again and to add in some new ones (like the fairisle sweater!). I'm also still very much into my Trouser Era. Dressing in October is just so much more fun, don't you think? The colors and prints and jewelry! Generally, I feel like most of my wardrobe is full of neutrals, so this time of year just makes me feel a little more creative (probably means I should bring this kind of energy to every other month...).

While I will be trying to piece together brand new outfits this month, I do have some favorites that will be coming back from years past. I'm also hoping to get in a few pieces that just haven't made it out in awhile. I am very much for wearing what makes you happy and if there is a particular way you still certain pieces that you love, keep going back to it. You don't always have to wear things in new ways or wear new pieces.

These trousers will be worn constantly this fall and winter. I love the wide leg and they are so comfortable. Shop the look here.

This is one of my favorite dresses I have for Halloween. Not going to lie, it's getting a little tight, but I can still zip it up and breath and move my arms, so here we are! Shop the look here.

I love this sweater. It is so comfortable and perfect for layering or just cozy-ing up on the sofa watching scary movies. I am wearing a small and probably could have done an XS, but I do like the oversized look. Shop the look here.

I wore this outfit a few years ago (when I first moved into the Apothecary!), but I never really styled it. I love this with a plaid. Unfortunately, the sweater is not available, but there is a cute bat one that looks to have a similar feel. Shop the look here.

Weirdly, this is the only time I wear a collared shirt under a tee shirt. And I need to do this all the time. It completely elevates an otherwise fairly casual outfit. Shop the look here.
