September Camera Roll Crumbs: Disposable Edition

Oh, September. You were good to me. Normally, I don't really enjoy September. I want it to be more fall than it ever truly gets. The leaves haven't changed yet. It's still incredibly hot. All I can think about are my sweaters and I can't wear them unless I wish to sweat to death. This year though, I had a lot of fun. Some days were cool and some were scorching, but I made the absolute best of both. I even did a few fall activities that I save for October (I'm very happy I decided to do them earlier).

I'm still on the disposable train. Yes, I still want an Instax because I like things in different formats. It's just amazing how fun it is to use the disposable. Some images turn out better than others, but I cherish them all. Even Oswin stood still long enough for me to snap a photo. And people still get a kick out of twisting to the next piece of film. I honestly think people have more fun and enjoy it more than just taking an iPhone photo (even though sometimes we ask them to do that as well).

I've started decorating my fridge with my Polaroids, Instax images, and disposable images. It's slowly becoming one of my favorite things in The Apothecary. I plan on getting another disposable (or two) to use over Halloween weekend and I'm just so excited to see how those turn out.

For the special moments or just those ordinary days, take the photo and keep the memories. Even if it's messy.
