I am starting this new section on my blog. I am an avid reader and I thoroughly enjoy reading other posts about books, so hopefully you will enjoy! Basically, I'm just going to list a book I've just finished and one I'm going to start. I'm also hoping this will hold me accountable to reading my books in about a week. Sometimes I can really drag it out and I hate doing that.
Just Finished: Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life by Amy Krouse Rosenthal. This book was very different from what I typically read. It reads exactly like an encyclopedia, but is much more entertaining. I adore how Amy noted her life through these descriptions and tables. If you're looking to switch it up and find out not only about Amy, but about yourself too - give this book a go. I'm itching to get back into journaling after reading this - off to purchase more notebooks!
Up Next: Start with Why by Simon Sinek. I am on a Book Review Team at my current job. Obviously. Each month we read a book we think might be in the running for our book club. The book club runs twice a year (winter and summer). I've had this in my TBR (to be read) pile since the beginning of the year, so I'm excited to finally read it!
If you want to see what I've read in the past you can find my GoodReads page here. That is where I document everything, so follow along!
