Occasionally you stumble onto something so fantastic it doesn't seem real. Shein.com was one of those moments for me. There are a million websites that are no good that offer great deals that never pan out properly. Well, I took a chance and I am so happy I did.

I first saw this navy scallop dress on stylishpetite.com. Annie did a beautiful flat lay Instagram and reviewed the dress. After fawning over the scallops, I realized the dress was only $13.99. Let me write that again for you... $13.99! Of course the sirens were blaring in my head. There is no way that dress will fit right or be of any good quality. It most certainly does and is!

I paid attention to the sizing guides and used Annie's sizing recommendations to choose the XS. It's a little on the long side, but nothing too bad. It is a shift dress, so there is no shape. If you're not into that a belt around the waist will really pull a look together. Honestly, it's one of the most comfortable dresses I own. There is no stretch, but the fabric is actually quite soft. It is unlined, but not paper thin. A double thumbs up! I have even already ordered a second dress from the site and cannot wait to receive it.
