I can remember the days I would filter through my mother's closet, pull out a dress too large, and step in to so-many-sizes-too-big heels. With my hair in a messy nest on top of my head and lipstick not quite straight on my lips, I thought it was the most delightful thing in the world. Now that I am grown up, playing dress up is even more fun.
This is the fourth time I have used Rent the Runway and the fourth time I was most pleased. The event: IAA Prodigy Awards and Dinner. The dress: Mark & James by Badgley Mischka. The unexpected leopard print really brought this dress to life. Gray florals kept the navy color from being too dull. It was the most fun bouncing around in the full skirt.
I cannot say it enough, if you have yet to try Rent the Runway, it is time. For your next outing or event, just take a look. I promise, you won't regret it. Playing dress up never ends and there is no better time than now.
